Scope
This policy covers the MapperPlus website and the demo request form. Data inside a MapperPlus workspace is covered by the agreement you sign for the product.
What we collect
When you request a demo, the form sends us:
- Domain
- To map it before the demo
- Work email
- To reply to your request
- Company
- To know who we are talking to
- Role
- To prepare the right demo
- Topics (optional)
- To cover what matters to you
- Where you heard of us (optional)
- To understand which channels work
- Authorization confirmation
- To record that you may request a review of the domain
Visits are counted with cookieless, aggregate analytics that store no personal data. There are no advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent your data.
How we use it
- To send a confirmation of your request to the email you gave.
- To notify our team so someone can reply and set up the demo.
- To prepare a view of the domain you entered, for that demo.
Who processes it
Form emails are delivered through Mailtrap, our email provider. The website is served by our hosting provider. Both process data only to deliver the service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests while we are in conversation with you and delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data you sent us. Write to [email protected] from the address you used and we will act on it.
Security
The form is sent over HTTPS. Access to requests is limited to the people who reply to them.
